| Additional notes: Some sources list "She's Found A New Love" as released also on Penthouse 1003 which is most likely unaccurate. Another 1962 release with the same serial number (Penthouse P 1003) by Maxine Jones ("I Forgot More" / "A Little Bit Of Heartache") is on a different record label located in Memphis, Tennessee.
The 45rpm release Mr. Cee MC 100 by The Uniques, issued in c. 1960 and produced by "Miracle Workers" for Miracle Enterprises, feature the b-side "Bossa Nova Cha Cha Cha" written by Troy Dodds (the a-side "Look At Me" being written by Jesse "Ozz" Osborne of Ozz & The Sperlings fame, the lead singer of The Uniques). It's not documented if Dodds was also a member of the group. Mr. Cee label, ran by a San Francisco musician and producer Frank Jones, released also a few other obscure 45's by local acts such as The Casual Crescendos and Jackie Lamont, all with a possible Troy Dodds connection.
During the late 1950's, Troy Dodds was singing with The Halos (also featuring e.g. Clement Briellard of The Magicians), not to be confused with The Halos of The Bronx, New York (feat. Al Cleveland, J.R. Bailey/Phil Johnson, Harold Johnson and Arthur Crier) that first recorded under the name The Craftys in 1960 and had a Billboard Hot 100 hit (#25) with "Nag" in 1961.
In 1966, Dodds formed his own company Golden Gate Disk, funded by basketball legend Wilt Chamberlain, then a member of the Golden State Warriors. Dodds' last solo single on El Camino label was released through Golden Gate Disk. Soon after, Dodds subsequently disappeared, never to be heard from again.
